Regarding Orders and Shipping with CoreStaff

Is combined shipping possible?

 Combined shipping is possible only if the shipping information of orders are the same. However, 1 business day to be ready for delivery after payment is received.

 

I don’t know how to place an order.

 Please place the desired item in your shopping cart, register as a user, and then place the order. After user registration please select a payment method and shipping method.

 

Is it possible to cancel an order?

 In general, it is not possible to cancel orders, but under some circumstances, it might be possible if the order has not been shipped yet. Please contact our customer service for details. Also, it is not possible to cancel an order after it has been shipped. If you request a return, please refer to the terms of return.

 

Regarding delivery

Is it possible to select a delivery company?

 Please refer to the terms of delivery for shipment method.

 

Can I designate a delivery date?

 Normally OK. Please contact our customer service for details.

 

When will my shipment arrive?

 It will normally take 1 to 3 business days for arrival.

 Orders are cut off at 5 pm. Afterward any orders will be processed the following business day.
 The above is merely estimated arrival time. Actual arrival time varies depending on location and transport conditions.

 

Will I have to pay the import duty & tax when I receive the goods?

 All import duty & tax will be on customer’s account.

 

Regarding payment

Can I pay using a credit card?

 Yes. We accepted Visa, MasterCard, Unionpay.

 

Can I pay using an international bank remittance?

 Yes. But we will charge USD25 of bank fee.

 

Regarding “My Account”

What is “My Account?”

 This allows you to view your order records and edit your account information.

 

After placing an order I noticed that my delivery address information was incorrect. Can I change it using My Page?

 No. you cannot change delivery address after an order has been placed. If you want to do so, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

 

I forgot my password and I’m unable to log in.

 We are unable to view a customer’s password or personal information, so please reset your password..

 

I requested a password reset but the email didn’t arrive.

 Normally, an email notification is sent to your registered email address in 1-5 minutes after your password is reset. If you don’t receive an email within 10 minutes, it may be necessary to edit your email settings to allow our domain delivery. After that, please try to rest the password again..

 

Can I change my email address?

 Please change your account information using My Page..
